Summary

As an Ecommerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily online store operations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. You should have strong organizational abilities and excellent ecommerce management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize ecommerce operations to support business goals.
  • Monitor store performance and lead order processing activities.
  • Guide team members to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and support to customer service and fulfillment teams.
  • Assess operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Oversee assigned processes and provide guidance to team members.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of evolving ecommerce trends.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Ecommerce, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Operations Manager or in a similar retail role.
  • Extensive experience with online store management and operational workflows.
  • Proficient in using ecommerce and inventory management platforms.
  • Knowledge of order fulfillment, customer service, and retail operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
